The main idea behind first water tow was to create an alternative to expensive and non-ecological speedboat, which is more of a VIP entertainment than a sport for the general public. The first water tow was built in 1962 in Germany, which later became the pioneer of the water tows in the world. The basics of control and the technology itself remained the same until today. The main difference of modern tows is the higher rope attachment and the traditional four masts, which are extended by 1-2 more, so the corners are smooth and have no sharp angles. The new 5 and 6-angle lifts are easier for beginners and thus the wider public becomes interested in water sports.

Towed wakeboarding has recently been shortlisted for new sports at the 2020 Summer Olympics. The whole story is very similar to the one of snowboarding, that was invented in the 1970s. A worldwide boom was recorded in the 1990s and it sealed its popularity at the 1998 Winter Olympics.

We offer meat and fish specialties as well as meatless dishes roasted in a traditional wood-fired oven. To entertain children, we rent paddle carts, there are also water attractions, boats. We organize corporate events, weddings in beautiful surroundings under Pálava in a party tent with a capacity of up to 150 people.

Daily in July from 9:30 pm and in August from 9:00 pm.

You can choose a sightseeing cruise from the ATC Merkur Pasohlávky camp, sail with us (even with your bike) between ATC Merkur camp and Pasohlávky village, or enjoy an evening cruise with a glass of good wine. A small steamer can carry up to 45 people, but the cruise is comfortable for up to 35 people.

Restaurant U Škeble offers a great variety of fresh fish, grilled shrimp, mussels prepared by Italian recipes, fish grilled on an outdoor grill, but also many other dishes, specials and salads.

The restaurant has about 120 seats on the stylish terrace overlooking the Pálava and Mušov lakes.

We come with a proven concept of honest Czech and Moravian home cooking. You can look forward to “Fraňka’s goulash soup”, Brynzové halušky (potato dumplings with cheese), Bohemian roasted duck with variation of dumplings, roasted knee with sauerkraut, pork ribs, beef sirloin with cranberries, venison goulash or potato pancake with sauerkraut and Moravian smoked meat.

Lovers of steaks will also be able to enjoy specialties prepared on the outdoor grill.

We offer catering for school groups, half board (breakfast buffet, dinner from a choice of 3 courses). Separate breakfast for school groups.
